From time to time you may be sent emails telling you about new products and special offers.  If you do not wish to receive these emails please let us know and we will remove you from out mailing list.

Payment Methods and Security:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bank Checks, Bank Transfers and PayPal payments. Our cards and payment processor is PayPal with their proven security measures that guarantee you peace of mind on the safety of your transactions with us.

Shipping and Delivery:

We make every effort to deliver your shipment as quickly as possible. Generally we will ship your order within a day of receiving your confirmed order. However, due to high sales volumes, there may be situations whereby the product you ordered is out of stock. In such situations, we will contact and inform you of the wait period and when you can expect delivery.

Standard Shipping generally can take up to 2 to 5 working days for delivery allowing for national holidays. 

Returns Policy:

In the unlikely event that a returns is required, all parts and items of the products must be returned undamaged, in the original packaging together with all accompanying manuals and literature within 5 days from receipt of the product. We will not refund shipping and handling charges and the customer is responsible for the fees to ship the product back to us unless there is a product fault that invokes the warranty on the product.

Product Warranty:

All our products carry a two year warranty on factory faults unless explicitly stated otherwise.
